Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage, deploy, and provide support for SOAR platform for our clients.
• Identify, prioritize, and escalate any issues that could potentially impact the client’s business objectives, results, or processes.
• Develop and implement automation within the SOAR to speed up Incident Response (IR) activities, Alert Enrichment, and create custom responses for client-specific use cases.
• Recommend, develop, and implement new use cases to maximize the benefits and efficiencies of the SOAR.
• Participate in special projects as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to improve the design and functionality of the SOAR
• Integrate the SOAR with other security products to create a cohesive ecosystem of interconnected technology.
• Review API documentation to connect third-party services to the Cyber Security platform and assist automation teams in developing new integrations.
• Draft detailed technical process documentation for integrations with the platform.
• Provide clear, effective communication with clients, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Linux command line operations.
• Familiarity with virtualization tools such as Vmware, and Hyper-V Manager.
• Previous experience with the deployment, usage, and troubleshooting of SIEM, EDR, and Email Security Gateway is an asset.
• Knowledge of Information Security practices is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including the ability to explain complex technical information clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated proficiency in customer-facing communication, with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns.
